Learning to balance and harmonize your energy is one of the single most important things one can do to create optimum health and vitality and to achieve your full potential. In this experiential class you will learn about Life Force Energy and how to do energy healings on yourself and others, as well as understand what the aura and chakras are and how to balance the chakras and your energy system. This class will not only be beneficial but alot of fun! We hope you'll join us.
